Rural Caucus Letter and Principles Regarding Universal Service

A letter was recently sent by more than 60 members of the
House of Representatives to the Chair and Ranking Member of
the House Committee overseeing the reauthorization of the
Telecommunications Act. The letter set forth several principles
for inclusion in the rewriting of the Act regarding the Universal
Service fund.
