Telehealth Satisfaction Item Bank
The purpose
of the document is to provide ATA membership who is implementing
home telehealth and desires to include home telehealth patient satisfaction
into the organizations performance improvement process.
This document
is a resource to ATA membership for day-to-day operations, not statements
of satisfaction for research studies.
The work group has worked closely with the National VA Telemedicine
Outcomes/Evaluation Group and that group's work has been incorporated
into this document.
